I am a firm believer in massage and typically have at least 1 a month just as a matter of maintenance (more if needed). While visiting Maui, I wanted to maintain my schedule. My first choice for therapist happened to be out of country but referred me to John. Turns out it was a great referral. John stated he has been a therapist for many years and it clearly reflected in his bodywork. John uses a Russian technique that I was not familiar but I did enjoy! Different stroke technique and varying degree of pressure. John appears very intuitive to the client if there are areas of concern but for me personally, if I trust the therapist, I kinda let them do their thing and John was exceptional. Highly recommend this therapist for a professional massages

Russian Massage? No ouch, just good strong, relaxing

I found John through another massage therapist when we set up a couples massage. After hiking through Haleakela, a great massage was what I needed. I was a bit skeptical when John said he was going to do a Russian massage. I had a Russian massage many years ago and found to be painful, both during and after the massage. However, John’s massage was very different. He spends time to warm and relax the muscles he is working on before applying deep pressure. And his pressure was very deep, just the way I like it. I came away feeling restored and refreshed and stayed that way for several days. I’ve had many massages by professionals around the world and I can say John’s massage is at the top of the list. If you are on Maui, I highly recommend seeing John to work out the kinks and refresh you, whether it’s a Russian massage or any of the other types he offers.

The majority of American public are not familiar with the healing benefits of Russian Massage now available on Maui. 

Contrasting with typical American deep tissue work, this style of massage will not excite your "flight or fight response", rather along with deep soft tissue release will leave you more relaxed and lighter feeling.

I do respond to texting, however I do not book first time clients without speaking first..

 I have a 100% flexibility policy in scheduling both for myself and each client so when changes are needed everything may flow with the greatest ease for everyone.

No, I provide my services in the comfort of your home, hotel or vacation retreat. 

Most people appreciate the added value of not having to drive to or from a massage as an added benefit to the massage experience.
