Swedish massage is a general full body massage that in my practice does not target specific trouble areas, as the benefits are obtained via an overall calming, rhythmic effect that is soothing both to body and mind.

 Most preferred and requested is the 60 minute session.

"Therapeutic Massages"

Deep Tissue  includes myofascial release, cross fiber , and trigger point release techniques along with stretching to specific targeted areas and may only include those areas in some cases. 

Hot Stones massage, "Pohaku Lomi" is the application of heated smooth stones that transmit deep muscle heat to bring about rapid muscle relaxation. 

Foot Reflexology is an ancient massage modality practiced in cultures all over the world (records indicate dating back 5.000 years) .

 Using 'micro massage movements' to the joints and the entire foot to restore a greater "homeostasis response"  reflexively thru all systems in the body. 

The extraordinary calming and overall balancing effects of this treatment are beloved world wide. I have given thousands of feet this treatment and it can be combined as an add-on to full body or partial massage.

One hour of Foot Reflexology combined with a 30 minute Deep Release Back and neck massage. ( Most requested combo! )

This is a "mini" reflexology session added on to a full body 60 min  massage + 30 mini reflexology add on

Target areas such as neck, or shoulder, low back, groin, calf muscles. Localized specific muscle release for chronic pain, spasm, or general recovery. may be added on to a one hour body massage. 

You may request deep tissue work in 60 min or 90 min sessions as well.
